Since the March equinox, the energy levels being made available to us all have dramatically increased. I have certainly noticed it, with any negative beliefs and physical energy patterns being stirred up and impossible to avoid. I use to be fairly good at pretending everything was okay, but not anymore. And so the opportunity is here to clearly see what needs addressing and transform them. It is a bit like taking 'smelly stuff' and turning it into great compost fertilizer!

This process is demanding our own 'self-mastery', increase in our consciousness and use of the co-creative process. This month's newsletter via Ronna Herman from AA Michael sums it well. I wrote an article around a trip I did late last year to participate in activating this shift in energy. It now seems appropriate to share it.

The Earth-keeper Gathering At Mt Shasta - 28 to 31 August 2008

I step into the driver's seat of my little Toyota rental car in Reno, Nevada, and tell myself 'make sure you get the middle line against the drivers side'. I pull out onto the on-ramp for the highway north, relieved I found it after several repeated instructions. I slip into the traffic flow and head north with 4 hours driving ahead of me to Mt Shasta, a world gathering of earth-keepers and a 4 day workshop on energy balancing.

I reflect back on the amazing journey that has led my here. It has been 10 years since the corporate world of senior management and Board of Director meetings from New Zealand to offshore postings. We came back to New Zealand in 1996 after 6 years away. We were now a family of six. The corporate world no longer made the sense it once did, but it what I was trained for, so I hung in with increasing difficulty. As part of my redundancy package I was able to choose 'counseling' support. Out this came a workshop called 'Life, Death and Purpose'. A weekend of delta meditation saw past and future life experiences which was fairly challenging to my then limited state of awareness. Shortly after this was the dramatic experience of an energy surge, which saw me staggering around the back lawn holding my head and thinking two thoughts - firstly, "I am losing my mind". And secondly, "I hope the neighbours are not watching or they will call the guys in the 'white coats'". Interestingly I now realize I needed to 'lose my conscious mind' in order to allow something else to come on through. Ringing my 'rebirthing practioner' just made it worse - he had no idea what was going on and he was meant to be the guru.

Shortly after this I found the channellings of AA Michael through Ronna Herman. They resonated deeply with me, assisting me to make sense of the change occurring. Several years on Ronna passed on a message from Michael requesting I open up to the energy of Metatron. I had no idea who this was. This led to participating in 3 worldwide energy activation processes under Metatron, with the last being in partnership with Mary Magdalene. And so 4 years on and I came across James Tyberonne channeling Metatron.

Through Tyb and another channel in the UK I received 2 reading from Metatron within 6 weeks starting this last July. The extent of my role, in this life, was being revealed. Whether I would choose to step into these was the question. One of the three potential roles was that of an earth-keeper, assisting in activating the energy grids around the world and in particular, here in New Zealand. I had been using AA Michael's Ascension Column activation process using quartz and amethyst crystals, seeking to establish two ascension columns for Christchurch - one within the grounds of Canterbury University in the Ilam Gardens and the second at the trig station on the Port Hills over looking the drowned volcano of Lyttelton Harbour. The first was established to anchor the energy into the water bed that flows under Christchurch and hence encompass the whole city.

I had been working on developing my own understanding of self-empowerment, self-transformational processes, conscious co-creation and self-mastery/accelerated ascension processes. These I had written up and was quietly teaching to individuals and corporate groups that were ready.

After working on my own for several years, the opportunity to participate in a workshop in the USA had come up. We were coming together to assist in the activation of the OM crystal of Mt Shasta. We were of Altantian heritage, with the commitment to come back to oversee the re-establishment of the Power Of One and the re-activation of the powerful Atlantian crystals. This time their power would not be corrupted and the earth would attain the higher vibration always intended.

So I headed north away from Reno towards Susanville. The first hour of the trip was through drab semi-desert country. At Susanville I headed left and climbed a thousand foot escarpment into beautiful forest country that rolled on at 4,000 to 5,000 feet elevation for the next 4 hours. If you have traveled the West Coast of New Zealand down the alleys of Rimu, then you will some idea of what it was like. After hours of traveling I came around on left hand bend and the road dropped away for miles in a perfect straight line, and there framed perfectly between the trees and in-line with the road was Mt Shasta - it took my breath away. It was a huge Ruapahu with its top still intake (although originally it was 7 times this size).

I circled the mountain and headed for the Stewart Mineral Springs retreat. This was the site for the workshop. It is a twin to Glastonbury with white (female) silica and red (male) iron springs. We were to use these springs as part of auric field healing we were to learn about.

I arrived a day early to adjust to the higher energy frequency. Within minutes of arriving I was invited to inspect the springs by a local group who hold the energy for them. They were completing a weekend process linking the springs to Glastonbury. A member of the group singled me out and proceeded to re-establish a connection we had to Merlin and St Germain, the guardian of Mt Shasta (Metatron had briefly outlined previous roles I had played as a Templar and the building of Rosalyn Chapel). This novice from New Zealand was finding it challenging to hold his energetic balance at this point, but being a practical Kiwi, decided I would apply the principles that served my so well in the pass when being presented with new awareness - 'be open but check it out for myself and then decide what I would take on-board'. The result was a wonderful exchange of concepts, ideas and awareness. He directed me to bath in Castle Lake up behind Shasta as it contains the energy of St Germain. If ever you get the chance to visit this amazing place, do bath on this small exquisite lake. The energy is wonderful.

The workshop brought 70 people together from around the world. A couple from Argentina and I were the Southern Hemisphere representatives. We covered earth grid knowledge, the use of crystals and pure metals to assist in physical energy balancing and Dr David Mickel's therapy for body energy balancing. The silica springs were a key part in the process - a process of bathing in the silica water baths for 10 minutes, sauna for 10 minutes and mountain stream dip to seal the energy field - repeated 3 times in one session and to be completed 4 times in total while we were there.

The highlight was the trip up Mt Shasta on August 30th to assist in the activation of the OM Crystal. This process was completed on an open space near the upper car park on Mt Shasta. Following instructions from Metatron I then set off for Panther Meadows, from which a spring originates and is said to be the start of the Sacramento River. This is a sacred space for the local Indian people. My role was to assist in re-activating the energy grid between Mt Aoraki and Mt Shasta. I had brought Greenstone with me for this purpose. A group of 12 joined in. After a short meditation I was drawn to a space just behind the springs. A space for 4 crystals facing north in a diamond pattern was possible. Members of my group placed each crystal. Standing in the centre of the diamond I completed a short meditation and request for energy alignment. The vision of a bolt of lightning striking the earth and igniting a line of gold that flashed out in the direction of New Zealand immediately came to me. I said nothing of this vision to the group.

The next day we were asked to share any experiences on the mountain. A little reluctantly I chose to describe my experience. It was a struggle as when I started a huge wave of energy surged up through me which I found difficult to manage - tears of joy flowed which is not easy to handle for a kiwi bloke with a farming heritage. The amazing part was others that participated with me also saw the flash of energy but chose to say nothing at the time.

The experience continued to expand for me. I was then asked to share some of the PowerPoint slides I use in my self-empowerment workshop programme. Now, this lad from Kiwiland figured that he would have little to offer an international gathering of earth-keepers and seasoned workshop participants. So I gave a brief overview of 15 minutes and was gratified by the requests to come back and run full workshops. I decided that we, in New Zealand, have a very credible place in this worldwide ascension process. I also made the decision to make public what I had.

I had one more special event. One of AA Michael's key channels, Ronna Herman, had offered to spend the day with me back in Reno. This was a very special day. Ronna had given me permission to pass on AA Michael's teachings and processes. Recently I had been working with a professional business team, several of whom wanted to know more after completing my 'Conscious Co-Creation' programme. So I brought together the key aspects of the accelerated ascension processes as taught by AA Michael through Ronna. We spent the day reviewing teaching material, her latest insights and a visit to Pyramid Lake. This lake is another sacred site and major energy centre. With no one around I was able to take an unplanned swim and bath in the incredible energy of this lake. I completed an energy process using more Greenstone crystals to link this site back to Mt Aoraki.

Since receiving my first reading from Metatron in July, the past 10 weeks have been pretty amazing. I have come back to New Zealand with a much clearer understanding of our unique role in the world ascension process. I have reached the point of being ready to connect with other local earth-keepers to assist in the activation of New Zealand's energy grid. I am now ready to share the knowledge I have through public workshops for those ready and have the desire to understand and align themselves physically with this energy and higher vibrational frequency.
