We are now past the winter solstice and the amazing influx of energy this brought. It certainly stirred up a lot of old negative energy around the planet. The most interesting for me was Iran. Having lived and worked in the Middle East for 6 years and spent 2 of those years working in Iran, I came to understand much of the old power and control energy that was and is still being used in Iran. They are a wonderful people and have a strong desire for freedom to choose. It will be interesting to watch it unfold.

It reminds of the powerful and most basic principle our place called earth is built on - the freedom to choose. This dimension we currently live in called Earth, has been specifically set up with freedom to choose as the most basic tenant. Whether we appreciate it or not, we get to choose everything that happens to us. It is just that most of us are not aware or unconscious of this.

We live in the most amazing of times - the time of Ascension. The vibrational frequency is being raised and with it the ability to create results faster and more easily - BUT we can create negative results just as fast as positive. So the trick is to understand how this works and start using it more positively.

It is my intention to assist as many as possible to do this. This article is the second of 2 parts outlining the basics behind this.

Have a read. Sit with it. Take those pieces that align with you and leave the rest. Try some of the ideas and have some fun with it. You might just surprise yourself.

Gut Feelings Part 2 - How To Consciously Use Them

In the last issue the basics behind what gut feelings are was explained. As a quick recap - as we experience life we get contrasting experiences which allows us to notice what we do not like and hence clarify what we do prefer or like. This sets up a flow of energy towards those things we have asked for, whether we are aware of it or not. Our nervous system is able to pick up on this flow of energy through the unsheathed nerve endings in our solar plexus area - hence gut feelings. When we are heading towards what we have asked for, the energy flow increases and it feels good. When are heading away from what we have asked for and/or is best for us, it feels awful.

We were meant to remember this guidance system and consciously use it for our own greatest good and in the best interests of all others. This is the part that most of us have forgotten. However, everyone has the ability to develop this skill and start using it more deliberately.

One key aspect of this whole process needs clarifying. Those things each one of us has asked for never goes away. It simply accumulates for us in a kind of inventory or escrow. It is an energetic vibrational vortex that is simply waiting for us to tap into. No one else can tap into your vortex. It is solely for you and only your vibration can unlock it. The question is - will you unlock it in this lifetime?

The following explanation has been given by a number of ascended masters and Archangels, all giving their own slant on it, but essentially the message is the same. This is the condensed version after 10 years of research!

The Conscious Co-Creation process:

You have to ask
1. Simply living life does this as the contrasting experiences set up likes and dislikes. Most of us notice the stuff we dislike and seem to get stuck on pushing against this. However, for every dislike there is a corresponding like. It is this that immediately gets put into our vortex.
2. Everyone of us a unique vortex of all the good things we want just waiting for us to tap into.
3. One increasingly vital component - the stream of pure positive energy that is being beamed into our world is coming at an increasing level and it demands greater integrity on our part. It does not tolerate negative or harmful ideas. So you must make sure that when asking for something you do so on the following basis
  - "Ask for what is in your greatest good and in the best interest of all".
  - If you want to check your integrity simply ask yourself "What do I want and why do I want it".
The Universal energy lines up with our vortex
1. This amazingly powerful and intelligent energy acts like a GSP immediately figuring out the smartest route for you to take to physically create what is in your vortex.
2. All the people, circumstances, events, resources etc are lined up ready for you to physically create what you wanted.
You have to find that smartest route (you can ignore it, but not smart. Trust me, I have done this one a lot more than once!)
1. This is where your gut feelings and intuition comes in. Using the left brained analytical approach is okay to pull in information, but then you have to step back and use your intuition and gut feelings (right brain) to tap into the intelligence of the Universal energy or our super-conscious divine mind.
2. Only you can figure this out, as your vortex is personal to you. So asking others is okay but in the end you have to be self-referencing to make this work and that is an inside job.
3. You have to develop the ability to listen to the quiet, first voice that comes to you. Your ego is the secondary and loud stuff that comes along immediately after and tries to drown out your real guidance. Try it and notice what happens.
4. You can work with others as a collective team but everyone has to be involved in step 1 and that is usually missed.

The above steps are the basics behind how it all works. There are many ways you can develop your ability to hear the first quiet voice and sense the flow of energy. The greatest way you can do this is by simply holding an intention to do so and then follow the ideas that present themselves. Try it, you might be surprised how simple and powerful this is. You might like to try applying it other parts of your life.

Another way to look at this process is -

Learn from your past experiences.
1. Be honest and clear about what you disliked and liked.
2. What is the wisdom and learning you have gained?
Script your future
1. Set intentions around what you like and how you would like you life to be and feel.
Step into your Now present moment
1. You can review the past and dream your future, but you must then come back to NOW.
2. This is the only place you have any power and it creates your future.
3. Simply focus in the present and take one step at a time.

We live in a time that has never been available before. Many of us are reacting to the world around us as though we have no influence. When we do this we are hiding who we truly are and the amazing abilities we have. Try this exercise -

Write down the word 'REACTOR'.
Now move the 'C' to the front of the word.
What do you get?

This is who you truly are. This is your true power but you have to become conscious of this by giving it a go and playing with the process. My intention is that the above will give you a way to do this. You might just create a great life for yourself, those important to you and perhaps an even bigger picture.
