Standard Coaching
There are a number of coaching and training options, from standard coaching and mentoring to the 'M-Power' Self-Empowerment programmes. A key part of the process is to find what best suits those participating.
1. Standard one-on-one coaching to address a specific area :-
- Can be used to address either personal or business related issues determined by the client.
- The number of sessions varies but is usually between 4 to 6 once-a-week sessions to create sustainable change and improvement.
- Uses face-to-face plus telephone sessions.

- Discover, clarify and align with what the client wants to achieve.
- Encourage client self-discovery.
- Elicit client-generated solutions and strategies.
- Hold the client responsible and accountable.
2. Mentoring :-
- Mentoring is available to assist individuals stay on-track and encourage them to apply their own knowledge.
- The frequency and number of sessions is mutually agreed.
