Standard Coaching

There are a number of coaching and training options, from standard coaching and mentoring to the 'M-Power' Self-Empowerment programmes. A key part of the process is to find what best suits those participating.

1. Standard one-on-one coaching to address a specific area :-

  • Can be used to address either personal or business related issues determined by the client.
  • The number of sessions varies but is usually between 4 to 6 once-a-week sessions to create sustainable change and improvement.
  • Uses face-to-face plus telephone sessions.
  • The basic approach is to
    • Discover, clarify and align with what the client wants to achieve.
    • Encourage client self-discovery.
    • Elicit client-generated solutions and strategies.
    • Hold the client responsible and accountable.

2. Mentoring :-

  • Mentoring is available to assist individuals stay on-track and encourage them to apply their own knowledge.
  • The frequency and number of sessions is mutually agreed.
