The following sites have played a key support role in my exploration of Self-Empowerment, the Conscious Co-Creative process, Self-Mastery and the Ascension shift occurring for earth and each of us as individuals.

When taking any information on board from any channeled sources you must use your discretion, checking if the information is in alignment for you, leaving behind anything that does not feel right for you. I often print out a piece of material and quietly read it over a couple of weeks to decipher what is meaningful and best for me. Maybe I am a bit slow to absorb new material but find there are ‘layers’ of understanding that need to be quietly taken onboard.

  The monthly newsletter from Archangel Michael has been something I have followed since 1999. Many of the processes passed on through Ronna are incorporated in the M-Power ‘Self-Mastery and Ascension’ programme. I am fortunate to have spent time with Ronna and been given permission to pass on AA Michael’s processes.

  The regular newsletters from AA Metatron through James Tyberonne are some of the most interesting and challenging to me. They tend to focus on the quantum physics aspects of the changes occurring for earth and us as individuals. I have become aware that AA Metatron’s energy overlights my journey in this life time on earth and I seek to work with this. I have attended workshops run by Tyb and they have been some of the most accelerated energy shifts I have experienced.

  The teachings of Abraham with Jerry and Esther Hicks covering the Law of Attraction and key parts ‘The Secret’ left out that make it all work! As I was developing the M-Power programmes, similar phrases and analogies would follow through on the tapes we received from Jerry and Esther. It raised the question for me of who is connected to who and what is really ‘new’. I find Abraham’s ideas very practical. The books are commonly available and well worth reading.

  The Group is of AA Michael’s energy but provide a unique perspective on what is occurring for the earth and us as individual’s. The book by Steve Rother ‘Spiritual Psychology’ is well worth reading.

  This site is very useful for those with energy disorders. I have attended workshops by Dr David Mickel and understand the significance of the processes he has developed, seeing the effect of them first hand.
