The M-Power Programmes
Overview
The M-Power programmes are specially structured teaching programmes designed to develop participants ability to :-
- Understand and resolve challenges, difficulties, stress and energy imbalances.
- Consciously create what they want faster and more easily, in any area of their life.
- Become self-empowering, self-transforming and self-sustaining, with the ability to doi this for the rest of their life.
Key aspects of these programmes are :-
- They use a series of 3 integrated programmes that progressively build on each other. How far and how fast participants go is agreed.
- They are a unique combination of life coaching processes, scientifically proven Universal Laws and principles, quantum physics, anatomy, eastern energy systems, metaphysics, channeled guidance and personal experience.
- They involve experiential learning processes, visual material, a written guidebook and follow-up coaching to assist integration.
- They focus on basic principles and techniques that can be applied to every area of your life: -
- Personal and/or work.
- Health (physical, mental & emotional), career, relationships, financial, spiritual, creativity & innovation.

M-Power Personal Development
M-Power I - Self-Empowerment
- This is the key programme that allows you to become aware of your own unique energy stream, how to smooth out the flow and let it take you to all the 'good things' you have been asking for.
- Understand a complete new model linking energy-mind-body-results. Also includes thought, feelings and emotion.
- Rediscover the basic Universal Laws that govern everything and how to use them for your greatest benefit and the benefit of others.
- Under go an 'energy activation' process. Understand your 'on-board guidance system' and have it re-activated and/or strengthened, to guide you to what you want and is in your greatest good.
- Understand 'the game' that dis-empowers you and the switch to self-empowerment.
- Uncover your personal learning, key life lessons and the wisdom that comes from this. Learn how to identify your 'boulders' and move them to the side of your stream, smoothing out the flow and create greater ease in your life. This will allow you to prevent 'dis-ease'.

M-Power II - Conscious Creation
- This programme build directly one M-Power I.
- With an improved ability to manage their energy stream, this module focuses on the next step - how each participant is able to comfortably speed it up.
- They will understand and know how to create results they want, faster and more easily.
- It will enhance their decision-making and creative ability to innovate, problem solve, develop solutions and find opportunities. It develops their ability to be a leader, self-reliant and self-sustaining.
- Participants will understand and be able to more consciously decide their own direction and how to find their way to any goal they truly want.
- With the individual skills learnt, the next step is to apply this with others, in a group or team situation. This module develops each participant's ability to work collectively with others, building teams and developing worthwhile relationships.
- It focuses on how we communicate and developing participant's ability to take a much greater leadership role within a team.

M-Power III - Self-Mastery & The Ascension Process
- With the understanding in place from M-Power I & II, participants are able to move onto another level of Self-Empowerment.
- Understand the shift occurring for each of us and the world.
- Develop your ability to master and best use this shift and increasing levels of unconditional personal power, intelligence, well-being and energy.
- Experience a range of tools to facilitate your own self-mastery and ascension process.
Standard Coaching
There are a number of coaching and training options, from standard coaching and mentoring to the 'M-Power' Self-Empowerment programmes.
A key part of the process is to find what best suits those participating.
- Standard one-on-one coaching to address a specific area -
- Can be used to address either personal or business related issues determined by the client.
- The number of sessions varies but is usually between 4 to 6 once-a-week sessions to create sustainable change and improvement.
- Uses face-to-face plus telephone sessions.
- The basic approach is to
- Discover, clarify and align with what the client wants to achieve.
- Encourage client self-discovery.
- Elicit client-generated solutions and strategies.
- Hold the client responsible and accountable.
- Mentoring -
- Mentoring is available to assist individuals stay on-track and encourage them to apply their own knowledge.
- The frequency and number of sessions is mutually agreed.
M-Power for Business
Combines M-Power I and M-Power II into a single programme and focuses on applying the principles and learning in the workplace.
Each training programme is tailored for the organisation being worked with.
This programme is offered as a 2 day workshop plus 8 weeks integration coaching with 6 to 12 participants per workshop.
The Business Programme has been designed and specially structured to develop participant's ability to -
- Understand and resolve challenges, difficulties and limiting beliefs.
- Understand their true creator abilities and how to deliberately/consciously apply this.
- Consciously create what is wanted faster and more easily, in any area of life with a primary focus on work and business.
- Develop the ability for participants to coach themselves for the rest of their life.
It uses a series of integrated sessions that progressively build on each other and a unique combination of life coaching processes, scientifically proven Universal Laws and principles, quantum physics, anatomy, simple meditation, breathing exercises, metaphysics, and personal experience.
Experiential learning processes are used plus visual material, a written guidebook and follow-up coaching to assist integration. It focuses on basic principles and techniques that can be applied to every area of life. It is a unique, innovative and leading edge coaching and training programme.
Objectives
The overall objectives of the programme are to assist participants to be more confident and effective leaders with the ability to be conscious creators of results wanted.
Specific objectives include:-
- Develop the understanding of how results are created and how this can be deliberately applied in their work both at an individual and team level to create results wanted faster and more easily.
- Provide each individual with specific tools to develop their ability to create solutions, innovation and improvement.
- Increase individual awareness of beliefs and habits that limit their creator and decision making abilities, and how to effectively change these to create more positive outcomes.
- Increase awareness of beliefs and habits that limit their ability to communicate and how to effectively change these.
- Consolidate and integrate changes and new understandings for each individual into day-to-day practice.
Programme Structure
This is a three step process.
1. Set up
The facilitator spends time in the work situation to assist in making the training practical and relevant. If practical, each participant will be interviewed to gain an understanding of specific issues to be addressed and establish a positive rapport. The programme is tailored to address specific goals and outcomes for the business and those participating.
2. Experiential workshops
A 2 day workshop will be the key training process. There are 8 sessions of approximately 2 hours each. It will be an intensive training process and the follow-up integration coaching will be very important.
The first 4 sessions focus on the self-empowerment processes for each individual. Understanding the personal power each individual has and the ability to keep enhancing this is the foundation on which everything is built.

- Understand stress and energy imbalances and learn how to release and rebalance these.

The last 4 sessions focus on developing the creator abilities and putting it all into action.
- Understand the conscious creation process.
- With the ability to smooth out their energy stream, participants are now able to increase the speed of creating results wanted.
- Learn how to use it to deliberately create results wanted faster and more easily in any area of your life.
- Develop your ability to make better decisions, innovate, find solutions and create opportunities.

- Expand your understanding of communication and relationships with others.

3. Individual consolidation coaching
Each individual will be given 4 one-on-one phone coaching sessions.
These sessions will assist in consolidating and integrating new ideas and changes for each participant. It will allow for the individual nature of the process and the specific needs of each participant to be met.

The potential is for the effective changes in the individuals to move outwards to cover the majority of those involved in the company.
At an individual level it would be expected to see: -
